Stress

    Stress is hard to deal with. Some people let it all out right away, some people keep it all in until they cant anymore. The worst part about having stress is the feeling that you might "explode" any moment in the back of your head. No one likes stress. It backs your life up. All of a sudden your life is on pause and there is nothing you can do about it....or at least you think. There are many ways to handle stress. Sometimes all you need is to sit down, close your eyes, and breath. But other times you really can't do anything about it. You just panic and don't know how to release everything. Just remember to take a break and step back once and a while, it always helps to see what is causing the stress, and maybe you can fix it this way.


      What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny compared to what lies                                                          within' us.
